Default Battery Watering Kit

I'm trying to help my Aunt and Uncle out with the '02 PDS cart. My Uncle is getting a little foregetful and doesn't remember to water his batteries as needed. Can any one point me to a simple to use watering system. Thanks in advance.

If you do a search you'll find lots of people not happy with theirs. I was about to buy one a few months ago and changed my mind (and saved a few hundred $$$) after a thread here. Good luck!

Best thing to do is set a reminder on your cell to call him monthly and mention taking care of the batteries. Or...stop by and do it with him. Same time as checking the water, the connections should be checked and cleaned also.

Cajun; I've heard alot of Pros and Cons about them That's why I'm putting it out there. AZ; I'm prepping the cart for them. They go to Florida for the winter. The only time I will get to go there is when I take the cart down there for them. My Uncle is pushing 81 years of age and his hands don't work so well any more so he has a hard time with the caps on the batteries. Calling him to remind him is the easy part. He tells me all the time that he watered the batteries and when I get to it they are dead and dry. I guess it's a pride thing. Thanks for the input

if they are pretty well off, would some type of sealed batteries be an option?
I'm new to carts and they would be expensive but it might best fit their needs.

In other platforms they seem to last about 2X as long as a regular wet cell battery.

Didn't someone post some pictures of their batteries/ manifold watering system that exploded, due to buildup of hydrogen in the tubes?

Yep.... I saw that, and it can happen

(but I still have one on my cart I will take it off when I replace the batteries soon)

Finding Trojan T-105 caps is not as easy as one might think!

I clipped the tubes between batteries and left the three caps per battery connected. That way they don't run away and hide.
