Does your controller look like this? Is so then you have a PDS cart.

roady, mine looks exactly like the diagram. It must be a PDS. It says EZ-GO Textron on the dash. I will look under the floor mat like attackafish suggest and see what I can find. I know I sound dumb and it's because I am when it comes to golf carts.

You can measure the ITS once you get the floormat up, take the metal cover off and then pop the plastic cover off. Then you will see a white and a black wires. DO NOT DISCONNECT THEM TO TEST! Leave them hooked up to test with your volt meter.

I found the white wire. My volt meter read 8.53 when I started depressing the pedal and went down to 7.95 with the pedal fully depressed. I am not the best in the world with a vold meter. I had it set on 20. What do you think?

Doesn't look good to me. I sent you a long winded PM. Print it off and go perform the diagnostics.
