Arrow Wheel spacers - tire size

Okay so can anyone tell me where to get cheap spaces for my cart. 4x4 to 4/110. Also, will 25" tires fit on an ezgo cart with a 6" lift, if so, what size spacers do I need?

I have a set of UTV rims and tires (new) that I was thinking about using. They are 25x8x12 and 25x10x12. I would use the 10's for the rear obviously. Will my motor be okay with them since it is stock with a hill chip (yellow)?

Several of the BGW Sponsors have spacers from about 1" out to about 4".

Because of the high mechanical stresses involved and safety, I would go with the more expensive solid billet type rather than the stud extender type.

Saying that you have a yellow chip (Mild Hill), tells me you've got a stock PDS controller as well as the stock motor you mentioned.
With 25" tires, you'll soon be replacing everything except the batteries, unless they are old/weak and have to be replaced also.

That is a 30% jump up from the stock 18" tire and a stock PDS system won't take that kind of abuse for very long.
With upgraded Cables, solenoid and controller, the motor would turn them, but the motor would then become the weakest link in the chain.

I'm not trying to put a damper on your plans, I'm just saying you've got to take the entire drive system into consideration when you change any part of it.
There are carts with Sepex motors running 25" (and larger) tires, but about the only stock part in the the drive system is the F/R rocker switch on the dash.

I'll stress it one more time for John, DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON WHEEL SPACERS. SAFETY HAZARD.

Thank you JohnnieB,

I actually have opted out of going the spacer rout and decided to go with a set of 12" rims and 23x10x12 tires. Everything will still be stock for the time being, but my intent is not to use the cart as some crazy 4x4. I am really just using it to get around the hood, do a few beer runs to the store at the entrance of my hood and get around the deer lease next year. I am hoping that with those tires and the stock stuff that it should be okay for a while until I decide to either upgrade the system or go to a motor cart.

We dont have spacers for that bolt pattern or at least I dont. the 4 on 4 is the standard for most carts. your trying to put a totally different rim on the cart spindle and I dont know of anyone who has. Just sell them and get the right rim.

Now on to the size. NO YOU CANT RUN THAT LARGE WITH A STOCK MOTOR AND CONTROLLER ON A PDS/DCS CART!
You will smoke it in a day. Chip or no chip the controller isnt able to handle it. even flat land is gonna wear it out with a tire that big. Second you will never stop with the stock brakes with a tire that big. the drum wont slow that large of a rotating mass down.
Cheap in a cart usually means a compromise in safety so dont submit your family and friends to a potential lawsuit against you.
