Is the reed switch fuse blown at the charge receptacle?
Which drive system do you have?

Welcome to BGW.

Since there are different stock configurations and countless aftermarket variations, it is best to fully identify the cart you are asking questions about.

Do you have a cart with a Series wound motor or a cart with a Sempex (Shunt wound) motor?

IF the F/R switch is a rocker switch on the dash, it is a PDS cart (Sepex motor).
If the F/R switch is a lever by your right knee, it is a Series Cart (Series wound motor).

My best guess from the information provide is that the cart is either:
2010 TXT PDS (48V)
or
2010 TXT Series (48V)

With either, does the solenoid click when you push the pedal?
If not, troubleshoot the solenoid activation circuit.
If it does, troubleshoot the High Current circuit.
How to troubleshoot those circuits depends on which drive system the cart has.
