Default No lights or horn

Lights and horn don't work after installing new batteries and pressure washing and cleaning krud out of support rails that hold batteries. It's a 2003 txt. lights and horn worked before new battery install. 3 wires on both plus and minus terminals. fuses all good. Cart appears to charge properly. Cart in like new conndition. Never owned a golf cart before. Assume there is a relay for lights and horn? but don't know where? Wiring harnesses make trouble shooting difficult w/o documentation. I'm an industrial engineer, Electronics/Electrical, with lots of hands on experience, just don't know golf carts, nor where the components are or how they are wired. Expect there is a simple solution without having to ring every wire and backwards design the cart. Someone must have been there before. Thanks in advance for the help.

Might have water in the connections. Check all of them

Specifically, which connections under the seat and near the batteries are used by both the horn and the lights both front and back lights do not work. Is there a realy or master location where I can follow the voltage/current from the source to the lights and horn. I assume the lights and horn are 12V. where is the connection for the 12V source for the lights and horn? Please be as specific as possible. Thanks

Wiring diagrams and manuals are in the stickies at the top of he forum. Posting pictures will probably get you more help. Are lights and horn factory or add on? This may make a difference on how they are wired. Good luck!
