pds cart from scratch no speed
Hello again everyone I just put the final wire into my cart today and am a little depresed. First all let me start with the cart is a 1997 pds thats righ a 97 PDS. What I dis was used an extra sepex motor and controller out of a 2008 pds that i replaced all the functional parts from. so after ordering harness and new pedal assembly and all wiring. When I got it moving the torque is good but it just has no speed. Its not struggling just no top end. So off my conserns include pedal box wiring configuation since I cant find any clear info on it. Also ScottyB if you can email me one of your world famous wiring guides I misplaced the one that came with my altrax controler.
Please help me correct this issue. More info stock controller and motor batteries are good 2010 trojans 36v does have 5" lift with 22" tires. |

Go to alltraxinc.com then go to their document depot everything you will need is there. As far as diagrams go.

Re: pds cart from scratch no speed
By condition I don't mean good or bad, I mean voltage ad SG readings.
Also a big tires on a stock PDS cart is a terrible idea. That right there will strain your system ALOT! |

Re: pds cart from scratch no speed
Is that 37.8v right after charge or after they have sat for 12 hours untouched?

Re: pds cart from scratch no speed
38.4 is a full settled charge so that right there says the batteries are not at 100%
But with a conversion like yours? Not sure I grasped what you did... DCS to PDS? Series to PDS? You using the stock PDS controller? |
