Default US-145 worth the money?

First off Great forum. Much good information on here, and I am sure I will be asking plenty of questions.

I just picked up a cart yesterday.
It is a 94 model Series cart.
4 Batteries were replaced in 2010 the other two are older 07 and an 05.
The cart will run about 30 minutes and it is dead.
I have very little money in the cart so I am just going to go on and drop all new batteries in the cart.
Here is my question.

I called the EZGO shop here in town and they quoted these prices on batteries.
Trojan 145 for $186 US BAT 145XC $153
Trojan 105 $114 US Bat 1800 $99
Trojan 125 $165 US Bat 125XC $132

How much more run time will I get out of the 145 group batteries as compared to the other lower spec batteries?
Is it going to be worth it in the long run to buy the 145 group over the other 2?
I want to get the most bang for my buck, but if the larger batteries are recomended I will spend the money.

Also he said EZGO went to US Battery over Trojan this year, so that is what he recomended.

This is my first cart and want to make sure I set it up right. I will be adding lift, larger tires, controller, 2 gauge cables, solenoid, and possibly and upgrade in motor over time.
Right now, my kids will be riding around the neighborhood on it. I am going to work on the cart this summer installing a lift, and then use it for a hunting cart.

Yeah I read that already, and had compared the specs of each battery. I do appreciate you pointing me that way though.
What I don't understand is exactly what the extra rating is going to buy me. I thought some of you that had had both in the past could give a decent real life comparison in the cheap batteries and the more expensive ones.
Numbers are a begining point, but experience is the best gauge of quality in my book.
