Default performance parts

I deeply regret posting this if it has been done before. But, I have looked and tried a search. I am looking for something definative that lists and explains what the various performance parts, for the electric carts, are. I have been able to decipher several of them but not all. Especially when abbreviations are used. Is there somewhere I can go for a "tour" of the numerous performance and replacement parts? Somewhere that says X is/does this and XX would be a suitable performance upgrade?

Thanks

welcome chloe. as chevy said, check the sponsors and read here a lot, and then read some more. could you give a list of the items you need to know more about? like hd f/r =heavy duty front neutral reverse switch. lots of people will more than willing to help. it takes everyone awhile to learn all the jargon. sort of like me trying to read a teens text message.

another great source is in the test area near the bottom..look for o-i-c. takes awhile to go thru, but good info.

The problem with a list saying this does that, is there are SOoo many variables. What is it you are trying to accomplish? What do you want out of your cart and where and how will you use it.

Greetings!
The hobby of golf carts is much like the muscle car hobby, you pick a brand, look for the bits and pieces to make it do what you want, and drool over someone elses kick butt cart/car. The best way to start is to understand how your particular cart operates normally so that you can make an educated decision on what upgrade path you want to take. Some people like "show" more than "go" and others like to be seen, most of the sponsors here will take phone calls and work with you and your budget to get you the cart that fits your style, so the first thing to do is to figure out what that might be. Everything else is just money...

They are all good or they wouldn't be here, that's just the way it is here.

That's quite the handle you got there Unlimitedbuggies. Why don't you drop into the introduction section and tell us about your unlimited carts?
