Default txt brakes locking up

Hey guys....my 97 txt that i have recently lifted and put 23's on is having some braking issues...whenever im going down the road and want to stop for whatever the reason, the breaks go straight to locked up..tires squeel and my passenger spills their beer all over them and the windshield...is there something i need to adjust that i just dont know about? thanks in advance for the help...

I suggest you pull the drums and have a look. Be prepared to buy shoes and possibly drums. These brakes generally can not lock up at the slightest touch unless they are metal to metal.
