can a 36v fleet controller handle 48v
can a 36v fleet car controller handle 48v if i rig the ignition circuit to 40 volts or will it pop the controller and will it be fast and strong/ the motor i have tested @ 48 volt it handles it well with alltrax 400 amp but will it last??

NO .... It may last a month or it may last a nano second but it will NOT last as long as you wished it had lasted.

I had a Curtis 1205 controller ( 24 - 36V ) that ran 48V for a hair over a year, but as was said, it's a craps toss! To answer your other question, yes, it has more balls until the controller says goodbye! Mine already had a 48V motor. :) |
