Might have taken out some microswitchs, or it could have taken out controller, or might have destroyed a battery or two, or maybe something else. Starting point in any case is what is the battery pack voltage and the individual battery voltages? From there it is simply troubleshooting, but got to know what flavor of cart to troubleshoot. |

Re: ezgo no go
My bet is you have no solenoid activation. First check the reed switch at the receptacle. If blown, wire small red lead directly to 36v+. Still no solenoid click? Check the solenoid activation circuit per Johnnie's excellent instruction

Re: ezgo no go
Glad to hear the batteries are fine, but interconnecting cables get miswired as well as the main output cables to the solenoid and controller, so I had to ask.
Hopefully "fine" means the pack voltage is 38.2V. As Scotty asked: Does the solenoid click? If it doesn't, is the cart a DCS or a PDS? (Both have Sepex motors, but entirely different KSI circuits and controllers) |

Re: ezgo no go
Remove the diode and resistor for testing purposes... reinstall them after you get the cart running.
