Just started to try to break in new batterys, not sure if charger is programed in right plugged it up batt.1 8.77, batt. 2 batt. 8.76, batt. 8.77, batt.4,8.74,,batt.5,8.74, batt6, 8.76 Pack voltage52.4 Got a new charger think it's a accusence which is programable all the instructions for programing is for 200
amp hrs so I programmed for that even though my batterys is 175 amp hours
got worried it was over charging the batteries, just wondering what your thoughts was on this. It is a 2002 pds, unpluggeg the charger, till I get this figured out any feed back would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with that charger but the cut off voltage for a 48v pack is about 63v regardless of amp hr rating... hope this helps. It's probably putting out 20 amps for first phase instead of 17.5 but that won't hurt the batteries... Let it charge.
