5in lift kit... Tire size ok?? 22x11x8..
I've got an EZ Go TXT 2007 and I'm getting a 5in lift kit and I'm looking at tires to buy 22x11x8 knobby tires. Does anyone know if I'll have any rubbing with this tire size?

You will need to either buy wheel-spacers,or offset wheels, other than that, you'll be fine.

So its the 11in depth that is gonna give me trouble? You know of any good places to get wheel spacers for a decent price?

Yes,The sidewalls will rub the steering-arms,and the rear-swingarm If you are running the stock-wheels.The offset replacements are a lot cheaper than spacers, and you can get them in various colors and chrome,or Aluminum.Prices range from $12-$20 each for painted,$40-$60 for Chrome or Aluminum.Check out the site-sponsors.You can buy 2 wheels for the price of 1 spacer in most cases.Hope this helps.

Thanks man! I'm seeing 12x7 and 2+5... Being totally new at all this, I haven't a clue what I should be looking for measurement wise...

Re: 5in lift kit... Tire size ok?? 22x11x8..
If your tire is 22 x 11 -8,Then its' 22" diameter(tall) 11" profile(width) 8" rim-diameter.Your stock rims are 8" x 7" (8" dia,7" wide)with the hub centered (3.5"-3.5")The aftermarket offset-wheels are the same size as original but have either a 2"-5" offset or 3"-4"offset.The 2"-5" will move the wheel out 1" farther than the 3"-4".Some wheels are availiable in 8" width, mostly aluminum.I'm getting Douglas Aluminum-wheels for my wifes' cart.22x11-8 is one of the most common sizes to upgrade to.They fit great and look good.I have them on mine as well.Hope this helps.
