Something strange happened today
I'll try to explain this the best I can. My daughter wanted to drive the cart today. I just got my circuit board in for my charger yesterday so I charged the batteries all night. About 3:30 pm today she takes off around the yard. In a few minutes she comes in and says the cart is jerking, so to speak. when I got on it and hit the throttle, the cart had power and seemed to loose it fast and constant, power, no power, power, no power Like an automatic gun with the trigger held down. I put it in reverse and it was solid, then put it in forward and she took off.My daughter drove for a few more minutes and quit because she got cold. I never had this happen before. any ideas? I dont know of any other way to explain this.

Re: Something strange happened today
So after the incident the car drove normally?
If so I'd say you might have an intermittent FNR switch.... can you check the batteries to take them out of the question? |

yes the cart drove normal after I reversed it and then went forward. the f/R is new, one of yours. I hope its not bad. Check batteries how, loose connectors or voltage levels or both?

Re: Something strange happened today
Did you get the complete F&R or just heavy-duty switch cam? Each complete F&R his bench tested by me. If you installed the heavy-duty switch cam check the tension on nut B according to the instructions. if you installed the complete F&R check the throttle linkage adjustment to make sure you are going fully into gear in both directions.

Re: Something strange happened today
it was complete. I did notice that M- at the controller was not even hand tight at best. Not sure without looking it up where that goes to but after inspecting loose connections I did find that. i'll look at throttle linkage as well. Thanks
