Default Voltage under load for "healthy" batteries

Well, I went and installed my onboard voltmeter and now I'm thinking that this really does fall under the category of "TMI" (too much information) !!! Anyway, what terminal voltage should be expected from healthy 6 volt (T105) batteries while under load?? (Not sure if mine are healthy !) "Load" would be running flat-out on a level/paved road. Cart is a stock 2008 TXT with PDS, unlifted, and standard tires. My batteries have been showing a fully charged (rested) voltage of 37.8 volts, (just a shade under 90 %) and I'm not sure what my max. speed is, but it's a pretty good "clip". Thanks in advance - RAY

I love my DVM...got it from ScottyB, and I've become a total nerd about my voltage....Obsessed with it actually.

I asked the same "load" question and am interested in what you find out. I will say that 37.8 charged and rested doesn't sound great though. I usually wind up with 38.4-38.9 even after a long rest of 12 hours or more. On a flat run, I'm about 35.6-36.0 but inclines or wind bring this down. My batts are 2009 T105's as well. I'm pretty sure they weren't taken care of properly either.

I too pay lots of attention to my DVM from ScottyB, my 1 year old Interstates have a fully charged rested voltage of 38.3 and under load they are about the same as you describe....I attributed the 33 volts going up hills to my loss of torque with 23 inch tires.
