Having a big issue with mine. It won't properly track my throttle. Says I'm only giving 70% throttle when I've got it floored. Replaced inductive throttle sensor for nothing. 165 bucks gone for nothing. Still doing the same thing. Might have to get a replacement controller. I've spent several hours on the phone with alltrax to no avail. Sort of bummed after just dropping 2800 bucks in my cart. :(

Rock, if the plunger is not adjusted correctly the ITS won't travel far enough to show 100% throttle. I believe the manual shows the gap(between plunger and ITS) should be at the size of a 3/8" bit (wide). If its too close other problems can occur. Don't know if this is the problem, but I've seen it happen.

EVdrives has them... you have to call and talk to Carl directly tho... they're not on the web page.

One word of warning: you'll need to replace your F&R with a contactor setup, get the biggest contactor they make for the main-relay, as well as upgrade all your cables to 0/1 gauge (minimum)

Rock, Can't you adjust the throttle curve so that at '70%' it's actually providing full speed/torque to the motor?
