Default 1988 ezgo micro switch

My ezgo has the 2 micro switches are gone , Do I need them? If not how can I wire it up to work? thanks

Welcome to BGW!

MS3 for the throttle Micro...ok. From one side on the micro to 36VDC positive (+) and the other side to one of the small terminals on the solenoid.....other small terminal on the solenoid to a 36VDC Negative (-)...that will get your solenoid activating.

That is the simplest form. You could wire through a key switch..ect. Good Luck and let us know how it's going with your project!

this is what i got , Key switch one side to pos of battery other side of key goes to ms3 and the other side of the ms3 to a little bolt on the solenoid and on the other little bolt a wire goes to neg of a batt.

Sounds great! The only reason it will not work is:

1. Bad Key Switch
2. Bad Microswitch
3. Bad solenoid.

Give it a try and let me know.

yep goes good but the power speed control sparks alittle , it all new, will it wear in ?
