Default Turftractor.com

Has anyone ever purchased anything from turftractor.com. Wanting to order a black sun top for my ezgo and they have it for $151.52 + free shipping. Wondering if they are legit.

Thanks,

Beware of Turftractor

On 10/21/2011 I placed an online order with Turf Tractor for John Deere tractor parts that were confirmed as in-stock prior to placing the order. “Greg” stated in an email that I would receive the parts on Monday October 24th On 10/25/2011 I received an email notice that the status of my order had changed with no detail or explanation of what that meant On 11/12/2011 I sent an email, a message through the Turf Tractor website, and a fax, that I was upset about not having received the order yet. I was contacted by (Jaime?) on the phone and she told me that they were being delayed by the vendor, and that the parts were scheduled to ship on Friday 11/18/2011. She offered to follow the order & keep me updated. On 11/16/2011 (Jaime?) called to let me know that everything was on schedule to ship on Friday 11/18/2011, and that the order would be shipping from Stockton. UPS shipping from Stockton to my location via ground is 1 day On 11/22/2011 I had not received the parts and sent a request for an order update On 11/23/2011 I received the following email response from Turf Tractor “Your order was due to ship Monday, I will contact the shipping department and have them send you a tracking number.” I was not given a tracking number nor contacted by Turf Tractor following that email. On 11/29/2011 I contacted Steve Rogers who suggested that I cancel the order for a complete refund. I expressed skepticism about getting the refund based on the history that had developed on this order. He assured me that I would get the refund and that he would personally take care of it. On 11/29/2011 I received notice that the order had been cancelled and refunded through PayPal transaction ID 1WW01390T4186930D. On 12/2/2011 I received notice through PayPal that the eCheck payment was declined by the sender’s bank. I again contacted Mr. Rogers and he explained that this was just a systematic delay as a result of using an eCheck and he assured me that the refund would go through in the next couple of days. On 12/9/2011 I received the following notice from PayPal “The refund sent by Greg Ward (sales@turftractor.com) did not clear from the sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal account. Please contact Greg Ward regarding this refund.” On 12/9/2011 I filed a claim through PayPal. Shortly thereafter I received notice that Turf Tractor issued another refund. On 12-14-2011 I received notice from PayPal that “An eCheck payment from Greg Ward was declined by the sender's bank” again.

I do not want to be the "Site Guinea Pig". Think I am going to pass on them. Can't find anything review wise that makes me feel they are legite. Found one locally at Garretts Golf Carts in Fountain Inn, SC for $150.00 and they have in stock.

Thanks for the responses, Bryan
