95 ezgo under water in flood tried to start before dried out
hello, golf cart was under water for 3 days friend turned key on and tried to move it. just heard a click sound and it doesn't work now need help

Water and Elcetrinics do not mix. Chances are, the controller is shot, Because electricity was applied before it had time to dry out inside, which takes days. If the water was "salt water", (as in ocean water) you have more problems because the wire connectors and parts inside the motor will corrode and break off or swell. Micro switches will corrode too, inside. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but hopefully I'm wrong on some of it and you can make it live again. |
