Little help with a Not so EzGo.
I am in the process of cleaning up an old ezgo. My issues are, it will not move. I have cleaned all the battery terminals and cables and tested voltage. The battery charger is only putting out 13v which I believe its output should be 36v. Can I use a standard battery charger to see if it will move under full power? The model# is H1790 Serial-603827. Thanks for all the help...

Does the Solenoid click when you press the Gas?

What is your total pack voltage? Use a multimeter and put your test leads on where the charger plug wires connect on the battery's and see what you get. Full charge would be about 38v on full charge right off the charger. Let me know what you find. If that checks out then the next thing I would try is test your solenoid. The link will explain how.

It might also be your key switch could be bad. Have you always owned this cart? Did it work before? Did any wiring get changed?
