Default Explination of AC motor system?

Oh man... Google is going to cost me money again

What is this AC conversion kit I keep reading about? Speeds over 30? How does is work, what does it do?

...don't concern yourselves, I'll be sticking with my current upgrade once it rolls. Just curious

Since a series wound motor runs on AC or DC and higher voltage equates to higher speed with a series wound motor, it could be just a very long AC power cord.

How about this, I don't have an extension cord..

Will I have enough torque to pull it around?

Easily. My cart has pulled equipment that weighs near two of those.

Careful, that might be a patent infringement on the GM Volt
