Default are new batteries needed??

82 ezgo with 36 volt system trogan batteries

We charged batteries several times and the cart runs great for about 30 min then power drops and will not pull hills.all batteries show over 6 volts on tester ,2 of them show weak when i load test them but the needle does not drop to bad.the others stay in the green.the batteries are a couple years old but i wanted to ask what u guys thought before i spent lots of money and this is not be the problem.

thanks for any help
