Hi,
I have a 2004 ezgo electric buggie, which just stopped running last week whilst i was out on the coarse. There is no one in my town that service theses buggies so i had to get a auto electrician out and he is struggling to fined the problem and asked me if i could get a wiring diagram for mybuggie. so can anyone help me out i would really appreciate it. thanks |

Welcome to the forum wazza........................
Chances are........ there is only a loose battery cable. Pull and tug on all the big cables. If they are loose tighten them. If they are not kept tight, they will melt the posts off of the batteries. It only takes one loose cable to cause what you are talking about. |

Thanks for the reply Rusty.
myself and the auto lecky checked all the wires, it seems to be the controller box thats the problem. I have another 2004 ezgo buggie and we were going to take the control from it and put in the other. Is there any problem doing this or any issues we need to be aware of. thanks |

Make sure they are of the same model number.
