Default Dead in the water

I have a 99 ezgo series cart. Drove around all day on a full charge, no problem. Parked it. Got back in switched to reverse and nothing. Switched forward it jumped then nothing. Batteries are charged, load tested good. Alltrax controller, with key on, hit throttle light on controller blinks 4 times then goes solid green and turns off once throttle is released. I am out at the camper with few tools, and less internet service. From everything ive read it sounds like f/r switch may have gone bad. The controller comes on and solenoid clicks but cart wont move. Is there away to temporarily bypass the switch to check if its the problem?

If the fr went bad you should have clear signs of heat! Melting, discoloration... Take a good look. If the lugs sunk into the fr board I have fixed this TEMPERARALY buy pulling the lug and setting a washer behind it to bring it back to contact! Not a good fix but it will work if you take it easy on the cart. Good luck.

Try a simple continuity test at the back of the F&R If you have a meter with you. That will tell if the F&R is working or not. See instruction below.
