OK to power wash 84 Marathon motor?
I'm getting ready to power wash before painting the frame and new battery tray. Just wondering if I'll cause myself problems if I power wash the motor - the case looks to be pretty well sealed, but I thought I'd ask the forum.
If it *does* cause problems, should I cover it with a plastic bag while I power wash the frame? Thanks, RLW |

Re: OK to power wash 84 Marathon motor?
I would just to play it safe. to get a little better wrap on it you could you plastic wrap or even better that pallet shrink wrap stuff if you have access to it. that with a good amount of tape should be fine.
good luck to you. |
