Default 95 EZ-Go Won't Run

A friend of mine was loading his golf cart onto a trailer that raises up when you drive up on it and then it slams back down. When he tried to get it back off the cart would not run.I have checked all the wiring and cables to make sure nothing has fallen off or loose. All 6 batteries are testing 6.43 volts or higher. The General Electric motor is showing only 25.5 volts to all 4 post. The micro switch under the floor was also tested. With the key switch on the red wire is reading 19.58 volts and the green wire is reading 19.56 volts. When I press the gas pedal the red and green wire voltage drops down to 19.6. I tried bypassing the micro switch from the red to green wire but still no go.I also tested the micro switch with the key off.The red wire is reading 19.53 and the green wire is reading .20.I also tested the solenoid. The voltage readings are from left to right on the solenoid looking at the front side.(Big lug) 5.58 volts with the pedal pressed the voltage goes up to 6.44, (small lug) 32.28 volts with the pedal pressed the voltage drops down to 6.11 volts (small lug) 32.28 volts (big lug) 6.45 volts. The black controller box voltage readings ( 4 connections) going from left to right looking at the front. F&R switch 5.60 volts with the pedal pressed it goes to 6.46 volts. F&R/Solenoid 5.58 volts pedal pressed it goes to 6.46 volts. Motor 32.38 volts with the pedal pressed it goes to 34.34 volts. Motor 5.59 volts with the pedal pressed it goes to 6.46 volts. The 2 micro switches on the backside of the F&R switch was tested. 1 micro switch reads 6.46 volts on both connections. The second micro switch reads 31.40 volts on one connection and 6.46 volts on the other connection. Please help I have tested everything I know to test. Thanks

Welcome to bgw..... I know you spent a lot of time measuring every wire's voltage and writing all down but I'm a little short on patience. Can you just tell me if the solenoid clicks when you try to go? If no, trace out the solenoid activation circuit from the diagram below. Thank you, Scotty

Solenoids can click but not work, is it working? Pack power between controller B+ and B- when solenoid clicks? If yes, Full power between M- and B- when the solenoid clicks? IF yes Full power decreasing as the peddle is depressed reading at M- and B-?

Power pack B + and B - is 37.31 volts. When the solenoid clicks the volts go to 38.07 volts.

Power pack M - and B - is 37.26 volts. When the solenoid clicks the volts go to 38.02 volts. As I press the pedal to the floor the voltage drops down to 37.85 volts

It looks like you have a controller failure. I don't know how that relates to your trailer loading story but, when they go they have to go some place. And loading onto a trailer is often a high load situation for the controller.... slow speed up a steep incline? IDK.

Thanks for the help, but that wasn't the news I wanted to hear about the controller.
