Re: Old School EZGO Marathon Club!
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. I HAVE A 36 VOLT 3 WHEL EZGO THAT I HAVE REFURBISHED THE BODY, PUT SOME GOOD BATTERIES IN IT AND TRYED TO RUN IT. IT STOPS SOMETIMES AND A LOT OF HEAT AND SMELL IS COMING FROM THE COILED WIRE THAT HAS WIRES FROM MOTOR GOING TO IT. I HAVE LESS THAN A WEEK TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. CAN SOME ONE PLEASE ADVISE A WIRING DIAGRAM AND POSSIBLE SOLUTION ASAP.
THANKS IN ADVANCE JEFF EMAIL drjeffyork@juno.com jyork@technimark.com |

Re: Old School EZGO Marathon Club!
Welcome to BGW!
Check out this wiring diagram and see if it looks like yours. It's should work. The coils will get hot if your not going wide open....thats just the way they regulate speed. Make sure all your connections are good, clean and tight. Marathon resistor Wiring Schematic |
