Default do i have bad batteries

Ok im sorry to post so many threads but i have no where else to turn to.

Charger shows charged and pack voltage showed 52.
Two batteries show 9.3 and the others show 8. (all 8v batteries)
When i crank it up to go the cart shakes in forward and reverse now.
I try and move each way twice then test pack voltage and its down to 44. The two batteries that were showing 9.3 before are now showing 5.6 while the others still show 8.
The cart free rolls fine in neutral

Also cart still beeps in reverse with key off. I dont remember it doing that before.

how long do they charge before the charger turns off by it's self??, how old are they? If every thing is wired right,----- you have some bad batteries,

It doesnt take them long to reach full charge. Like less than an hour. The batteries fresh date is may 2012. Everything is tight and right, i traced this alltrax diagram a hundred times.

can you take some pics of the hole pack, like when lift the seat and your looking at the batteries? a fully charged 8v battery is 8.49, 7 volts is dead, that makes me think that there is some thing wired wrong, i could see maybe one battery at 7v a bad battery, but after a full charge and you have a few at 7v that aint right

Thanks ,
I checked water level in all batteries and the level was fine. while taking the caps off the two that show 9.3 and go down to 5.6 after i hit the pedal i noticed some smoke coming out of the cell closest to positive terminal.

They way those two batteries are showing charged @ 9.3 and going down to 5.6 when the pedal is pressed makes me think they are the only 2 getting charged and the only 2 being used. All the other batteries show 8.1 no matter if i hit the pedal or have it on charge.
Im bout to just bring this thing to an ezgo dealer.

I also hooked up a new soc meter (three wires) just hooked up the same as the old 36v was, and put the hd f/r switch cam in. Do you think the problem can be with one of those?

the batteries look like there wired right from the pic, but not sure whats going on with the batteries, the two that are 9.3 sound like there charging, because they need to get to around 10 volts each for the charger to turn off,

that shouldn't have any thing to do with charging the batteries, what are the small red and black wires on the batteries? did you put the plug on the new charger??
