Curtis Controller 1205x help
I have a 93 Marathon, 36v electric, stock 2 hp motor cart. The controller is a Curtis 1204 currently. We have a Curtis 1205x controller 450amps. We cannot get the cart to run on this. Anyone know how to wire the 6 pins next to the A2 lug? I have the diagram but still do not understand exactly what to do.

Re: Curtis Controller 1205x help
Here is a link to the manual: http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j...QzM9EA&cad=rja
Have you tried wiring the throttle input to the same pins as they were on the 1204 and connecting the wire to the Top pin on the 1204 to the top pin on the 6-pin connector on the 1205X? Looks like the other pins on the 6 pin connector can be left open. They appear to be for controlling relays for F/R and variable plug braking. |
