Beat to death
I know , I know . I just purchased a 2004 ezgo txt . I have been running it every day now .Charged the batteries at 6:00 pm anc checked the voltage the next day after work ( apx 6:00 pm ) Total is 37.1 and the individual voltages are all 6.1 . Put on charger for apx 45 minutes and it shut off . Check total voltage 38.2 and 6.2 per battery . How do you think they are ? Man date is 02/09 ( feb ) .

Re: Beat to death
A 38.2v rested charge is "100%". If they were 38.2v immediately after the charger shut off, they are likely on the shady side of dead. How is the electrolyte level?
