i have a 2001 ecgo DCS 36v cart...i just put all new batteries in it about a month ago...i live on a lake that has some pretty good size hills and i feel like i'm going to stop going up them...i'm confussed on what i need to do first...do i get a new controller/motor?...i cann't afford to do both at the same time...which one should i do first?...i just need to know which would be best so i don't hurt the cartthanks confussed |

You might try replacing your battery cables to #4ga size. They are larger wires than you have now. When you do, it will either run up hill better or take out the weakest component such as the controller if it is bad anyway. But you will know something for sure.
