Reliable reasonable TXT parts?

I'm looking for a few things for my cart, yet I have no experience with purchasing parts on the interwebs.

I'm looking to purchase a new battery rack, not necessarily the aluminum kind, as the old one was severely rotted and the previous owner fabricated a frankenstein-rack to go in its place. Also, I'm looking for a reliable headlight/taillight kit. Both seem to run about $100, but I'm looking for quality as well as reasonable pricing.

I looked at the link, but only one is popping up for me. Found a lot of parts on ebay and Amazon for reasonable prices, just curious about quality of the parts, as I'm not familiar with OEM vs aftermarket brands.

Nothing wrong with the aluminum replacement rack. I found it to be the least expensive and had no issues installing it. Light kits vary in price. That said, apples to apples, I have seen very little difference in them. My guess is they are all made in a country that does not use the English alphabet. So, look at price there too.
