Remove the battery cables one by one and clean the connections with a steel brush or a wire wheel. It will probably run when your finished.

I had the same prob with my cart and it was a DCS but now i have a new prob with it
I charge the cart and it will not go till I get the voltage down but by that time I can run about a half day and have to recharge ..does anyone have an ideal what could have went wrong or do yall all think the DCS again

I ended up checking everything that I could and found nothing wrong. I took it back (about 70 miles round trip) to the place where I bought it from and the guy had it repaired in about 4 hours. He discovered a bad cell in one of the batteries. He ended up not charging me anything to replace the battery with a new one, however, It cost me about 60.oo to make the trip up to drop it off and then to pick it back up.

See, I told you to check the pack voltage and each battery. A volt meter is not appreciated enough.

Actually, I have same problem with my 03 CC. I'm just waiting to deer season and buy a whole new pack.
