01 EZGO wont do nothing

I have a 01 ez go pds 36 volt i took apart to paint. it worked fine before we took it apart. now we put it back together i hook up the negative battery cables and it does nothing no reverse beeper no solonoid click when i press the accelerator. tryed new solenoid still nothing. batteries have 37 volts both lugs on solonoid have 37volts what could cause the reverse beeper not to work?

Follow this diagram starting at the charge receptacle,
Red lines are 36v+ flow
Blue is 36v- to the solenoid.

thankd for the diagram i traced the wires and found the reed switch bad replaced it that got the back up beeper working but still no solonoid click. i put a test light on the negative battery cable and the frame and the solonoid the metal piece the controller bolts to all have power until you turn the run tow switch to tow then the test light slowly goes dim
