EZ GO jumps
i have a 01 pds i just got back from the shop getting a new solonoid and controller put in. the cart has wined since i got it, i bought it used when i accelerate it whines and gets louder. now since i got it back i was riding and the motor gets really hot and smells like its burning, it starting slowing down and jumping when i pressed the gas now it wont move and the motor is extremely hot. what could be wrong? bad brushes?

the whine is more than likely a bad bearing in the motor. the things about that bearing is that the motor has to come completely apart to replace it. so while its apart, clean the inside out and replace those brushes

Would bad brushes make it get hot and smell like its burning and make it only jump when I press the gas pedal
