Back tire wont turn
Hi. I was driving my golf cart on a flat road and felt a little bouncing so i had someone else drive while i checked the tires. I saw that the back right tire was bouncing a little and i heard a weird noise coming from it so i took the golf cart home and jacked up the back. When i pressed on the gas the back left tire moved but the back right one didnt. I then put the cart into nutral and turned the tires with my hands. The left one was quite easy to turn but the right one wouldnt budge at all. The right tire moves when i drive so i dont know what it is. I think the right brake pad may be touching the tire as i drive because it makes a sort of rubbing noise but i dont know. What should i do? Thanks.

Re: Back tire wont turn
Check your right hand brake cable for damage. It may be holding the brakes on. If the cable isn't visually damaged, it may be partially frozen from rust. Jack up your cart and put it on stands. Take a hammer and gently tap the lever the brake cable is connected to towards the rear of the cart. Does the wheel turn now? If not the axle bearing could be bad. If the wheel turns now, you need to replace the brake cable.
