Default Roll bar build

Well I got the old tube bender out and built my buddies ezgo a roll bar.I used emt from Home depot. The pipe is measured from the inside so 1'' 1/4 works in my 1'' 1/2 bender die.All I have left is to burn all my welds in and throw on the diamond plate for the roof.

Sweet ... How is the head room ? While you have the bender out, go ahead and make a few more And a basket on the front works out awesome..

That is super cool! I'm looking up the pipe to copy your build as we speak. I can't fab to well, so I'll bring this picture to my local welding guy, and se what he says.

I started to put diamond plate on mine when I built it until I looked at the price of a sheet

Thank you very much for your kind words!!I will be honest with you by the time you pay a welder at a welding shop to build something like this. You could just buy a Pro tools bender with a 1.5'' die with Bend pro and it would pay for it's self. That way in the future you could build bumpers, cages, or what ever.Just an idea!!
