I bought this 2002 TXT/PDS 36v cart not knowing JACK about them. I had no plans to do anything to it other than go to the Community pool etc. After spending some time here and learning ALOT, Ya all talked me into Skeeterizing it!! I work full time so this job was/is being completed in the evenings. so here goes......

Day-1 what I have to start with...

Days-3&4 Building my hillbilly paint booth and painting. I used a rust preventer/ nuetralizer and then triple coated everything with semi-gloss.

Lookin' good.

I'd consider some additional protection for your battery trays. I used truck bed liner. I tried the spray, but ended up finishing with brush on, to get a thicker coating. Others have used under-coating.

I just bought the cheapest one they had at my local auto parts store, which was a Rustoleum product.

Great start Skeeter. For just a few nights after work, you've come a long way already. I'm anxious to see how the rest of the project goes.
