91 marathon reverse problem
I have a 91 electric marathon. When I put it in forward it works great. When I put it in reverse it sometime clicks but doesnt back up. Some time it doesnt click and back up. I replaced the FR switch with new micro switches about a year ago. I recently cleand all the contacts on the FR. Any Ideas?

Is it a resistor or a controller Marathon? (So I can tell which schematic to look at
 )Sounds like the F/R switch is out of adjustment. Cam not rotating far enough to close the microswitch (MS-2) and the main F/R contacts. |

I have the same problem, mine has a controller. I just put a new pot box on it and a new solenoid. It will go in forward and after the cart has moved in forward it will work in reverse, but when you try reverse first it will not move. Any solution to your problem? It may help with mine, thanks for the help.
