EZGO PDS with 12 lift on 28x9x14 ITP Mega Mayhem ATV tires
 Im looking to build a PDS with about a 14" lift on 28" tires. Im not to familiar with the PDS. My questions are what all do I need to do to make this thing run without problems? I know 4 gauge wires will be required. A new 400 amp controller or maybe a 500 amp? What about the motor? Can I use the factory motor? I have been told I can by some and I cant by others. Should I just go with a gas one? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

It's not impossible to do the electric but IMO considering your choice of lift and tires, gas may be the better option. And a BB at that....

You can do a pds like that. I did...look on my profile pics. Its a 12inch on 27s. Just went to the alltrax, heavy duty solenoid, and upgraded the motor and ran 2 gauge wires. It went 30 with that setup.
