Default Buying used cart - what to look for

In process of negotiating purchase of a 2010 EZ Go, 48v, 6 seat golf cart. Pretty new at this so wondering what things I should check out before purchasing. Seller said batteries replaced June 2012.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Check the obvious, running and brakes. Look and listen for rattles and check the water in the batteries. And of course, low ball em :)
