Need Help Locking batteries
Need Help Locking batteries
I need some ideas on how to try and somehow lock the batteries on my cart. I have a cart at my part time home. The cart is outside, chained to a column. I have had people cut the battery cables, and steal the batteries. Now I just see they cut 2 cables this time, before they got scared away. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to lock the battery compartment? The cart is outside under an exposed carport. I posted this in the club car section also. |

Re: Need Help Locking batteries
Look at hotcat's build thread in "on road carts". He had a looking seat via actuators that worked great!

Re: Need Help Locking batteries
How about some type of locking hasp like this?
Some other things that might help might be some motion activated lights. Here is a video of a latch. |
