GPS speedometer for cart

I am truly not using this as a sales ad, i though others would like one as well since i am going to make one for myself.

I would like to know how fast my cart goes and i will be making an in dash speedometer using GPS. I am a information freak, i like to know volts, speed, Amperage, temp about my cart. Do i need it? NO, but i want it

Some time ago i designed a very small GPS module. The GPS unit itself is tiny as you can see me holding it with my fingers. So making something tiny to fit in dash will be easy. If anyone else would like this let me know and i will come up with a price for making more. Otherwise i guess i will be solo in this endeavor.

Very cool, Is that little round dot the antenna ? Going for a digital display I assume ?

That whole tan object between my fingers is the GPS antenna, on teh bottom side of it is the processor. Will use a small LCD for speed and mileage.

Rethinking this, i am going to make something completely different. Instead i am going to make a information panel using a outdoor touchscreen lcd.
I will have optional sensors a guy can add to it for their own needs.

Voltage, and retain min/max with reset.
Amperage, Discharging with min/max reset.
Speed with distance, speed, return to home all with min/max reset.
Temp monitoring for both motor and controller.
Ambient temp.
% of charge state. where you can set an alarm level between 1-99%

In a nut shell kinda like having a dashboard set of gauges like you car does but for your cart.
