Default Which solenoid to use?

I just picked up an 01 pds with a lift, 22s, and a 400 amp alltrax controller. Im getting alot of heat in the wires. Still has a stock solenoid. I am going to order a new solenoid for it and was wondering if a 200amp HD solenoid is plenty for the 400amp controller or if I need to go ahead and get the 400amp HD solenoid? Im going to upgrade all the wires to 4 gauge welding wire as well. Hopefully replacing those will stop the heat issue.

With a 400A controller and 4ga cables, the 200A solenoid will probably suffice, but if there is the possibility of upping the pack voltage in the future, get the 400A continuous/1000A peak solenoid scottyb sells. The coil on it works with anything from 36V to 48V.
