How Do You Remove The Speed Switch Contact Board,to Replace The Contacts And Replace The Speed Switch Wiper Contact On A 1989 Ez Go Marathon. Your Help Is Needed ..................

First thing I would do is make sure I have all power disconnected. Label all your connections, use masking tape and draw out a scetch if needed. Then just start unbolting components till you get it out. Its not difficult at all, it just looks spooky.

You "Might" be able to replace one contact at a time without removing the speed board. It depends on whether you can get you hands/tools in there to remove and re-install the contacts.

The wiper arm shaft nut is the only thing holding the board to the mount. Loosen the shaft nut, disconnect the accelerator linkage and the whole assembly will slide up and off.

As roady says, make sure you note where all connections go first and disconnect the battery pack before servicing.
