Default Buggy pitching/bouncing....help

My buggy has been bouncing for a while now. I had 22x11x8 tires and I thought maybe those were the issue. I put new wheels/tire on it, 22x11x12.
Well it still does it but not nearly as bad. it is almost un-noticable at full speed but is bad at mid-to-low speeds.
It seems to pitch from corner to corner(front passenger to rear driver side)
So the question is how do I go about troubleshooting this?

Check you springs to see if one or more leaves are broken.

You may also have a broken or blown-out shock.I've seen alot of Marathon rear-shocks snap the top eye off.Hope this helps.

Shocks are fine.
Springs do not appear broken.

Could one of the spring just be bad. Maybe sagging more than the other. The front spring are original but the rear springs and shackles have been replaces (HD springs and home made shackles). I just made longer shackles from some stainless a friend gave me.

As I'm typing this, I'm wondering is maybe my shackles are slightly different lengths... Could this cause this issue.

Or could I have a wobble in a spindle?

Does the cart sit level or does it lean to one side or the other?

I will check when I get home. I would expect the driver side to be lower but I really dont remember noticing any lean.

Would this cause the pitching? I'm willing to look at anything. It drives me crazy

This is a COMMON issue with CC's. Many posts from boucing Club Cars not Precedents though. Not sure about EZGo though

Im on my 2nd set of brand new wheels and DOT tires. I still have bounce at lower speeds and less at high speeds like you. My Shocks and Springs are good. Tire pressure does not matter either for me. Checking hubs is next just havent had/made time.

How is the Front-End Alignment? If its' way off on Toe(Toe-Out),it will wander terrible, and if the front-axle is tilted forward at the top of the spindles,it will also increase wander and Bump-Steer.The block-lifts can create this, since they move the axle down away from the springs, and the springs' arch causes the axle to gain Negative-Caster(spindles tipped forward at the top) as blocks are added.Hope this helps.

pachanga90, Can you please explain that better. I truly do not understand the toe-in toe-out thing.

I measured all 4 corners and in the middle. here are some pictures:

And as a bonus the shackles:
