Default What to do with my "old" fuses???

I just upgraded my controller to an Alltrax 4865 from an Alltrax 4855. Now, I always kept a couple of 250A fuses in my hunting carts "emergency box" just in case I was "way back dare" and something became amiss and a fuse went. (I have other assorted things such as a tire plug kit, air pump, small wrench kit, socket kit...ect.)

However, the new controller uses a 400amp fuse. Should I just "bite the bullet" (Is that a pun on words ) and buy a few 400amp fuses, or should I blow a 400 amp fuse, would a 250amp fuse be "enough" to "limp" (carefully) back to the truck\trailer on??

I'm probably already answering my own question as I will have to replace the 400amp fuse with a new 400amp anyway. Maybe I can make a bracelet out of the unused 250amp fuses? Or even some new earrings for my wife!!!
