Default TXT front lift types

I know of three different types of ways to lift a TXT.

1) drop axle
2) spindle lift
3) jakes long arm

Are there any other lift kits available for the txt? I'm mainly interested in the early type too (94-01). I have a drop axle with risers on stock spindles and am not 100% pleased with the performance.

I'm not aware of other types of lift kits unless they are totally custom fabricated. I know several manufacturers make all 3 types. I have a Jakes 6" spindle lift kit and I like it. Turning radius is slightly bigger, but other than that it's not that bad.

Economy Block-Lift,It just uses your stock axle and springs.Relocates the springs above the front-axle for 5" lift.AllSports Lift,There are others as well.

I have the springs re-located above the axle, it doesn't give 5" either. I then swapped to a drop axle lift and I am not happy with the risers that attach to the spindles.

All Sports lift? I googled it and it looks like any other drop axle lift.

here's what I have now.

Are the spindle-brackets moving-around?If so,have them welded to the arms.

Yes they are, how'd you guess? I'll look into welding the brackets to the spindles then to see if it improves, thanks.

I most certainly look into your thread. I don't know if I can run a long travel and keep my brush guard and winch. Picture below.

I've done some block-lifts that had steering-arm extensions and had the same problem. They need to redesign them,so that they have tabs to keep them in place. There is too much leverage to rely on a bolt alone to hold them.Hope this helps.

Found this long travel kit from Strech Plastics. Looks interesting but two problems, it's chrome and available only to dealers so no pricing.

http://strechplastics.com/Lift%20Kits.htm

WTF? It's a bolt on kit so why dealer only? Weird.
