Medalist versus Marathon
I purchased a 94.5 Medalist, and I really like it; but for my own benefit, can anyone say which is better and why, Medalist or Marathon? Also, can anyone say what the differences are between EZGO Models in general.
Thank you, Mike |

Re: Medalist versus Marathon
The Marathon is a bit wider about 1 1/2 - 2 inches

Re: Medalist versus Marathon
I think i am right on this the late model marathon has the same motor as the Medalist. If you are needing any parts check with Tom at CPP a sponsor here. Good Luck Carting

Re: Medalist versus Marathon
The Medalist was just newer technology than all of the older Marathons. There are more accessory parts available for the Medalist.
Then came the TXT cars and they had a plastic body. It is still being manufactured today as well as the new body style. Cant think of what the newest is called. |

Re: Medalist versus Marathon
A metal body as in just the rear body is metal or the front cowl and rear is metal? If the front and rear is metal it is either an industrial type cart (you would know) or it is NOT a 97. Please describe the cart or give us the MFG code and serial number.

Re: Medalist versus Marathon
I'll give you the sn later, This cart is at my campground. My cousin read the sn and said the last 2 digits is the year and it said 97. Now the front and rear are metal.
