Default 48v upgrade problems/concerns

First one I think I fixed. The reverse beeper was on all the time.It started after I went for a short drive. Very faint but still noticable. Change out a wire from solenoid to B- on controller and another connector and it seems to have gone away.
2. The green light on my controller isnt on anymore. it was when I was 36v but not now and I didnt touch it in the upgrade until I changed out the wire mentioned above other than putting the fuse on properly... I hope. The fuse given with it, I put it on the stud on B- at the controller along with the B- cable end fron neg. battery pack and small wire from solenoid when first installed. Now I have one end of fuse on stud at controller and the B- wire fron neg. on other end of the fuse. I did switch it back to my first way and still no light...any ideas on why I lost my light?

What is the voltage at Pin-1 on the controller?
(Should be full battery pack voltage)

I got pack voltage at B-, pin 3 &4. 1v down on pin 2 and 3 down on pin 1. If this controller is bad I'm gonna throw the sob to kingdom come and back. Its barely been used.....

Is the cart in F are in R when checking it? Cart has to be in gear if you didn't modify the stock wiring to get the controller to light up. Barely touch the gas pedal to get the solenoid to kick in and the light should come on.

Pretty sure I tried that. I guess now my concern is why I have different readings at the pins going off of what Johnny b was saying... Or am I just being to darn anal about the whole thing. It runs great and I'm very satisfied. Just don't want to burn up anything if its not right

Actually, with the positive test lead on the main positive post of the battery pack, the reading should have been Zero volts, so you are losing 49.4V someplace.

Unless otherwise specified, all voltage readings should be with the negative test lead attached to the battery pack's main negative terminal. 9See attached drawing)

B+ (Battery pack voltage) on Pin-1 is what turns on the controller.
Measuring voltage on the other pins is not needed for troubleshooting at this point in time.

FWIW:
The voltage between Pins 2 & 3 is the throttle (ITS)
B+ on Pin-4 tells the controller to go into half speed reverse mode.
